PRIVACY POLICY OF THE AFLO CLIENTS LLC
The Aflo Clients LLC and/or its affiliates, successors, or assigns [hereinafter “AC”]” provides access to streaming
services. Respect for the privacy of personal information is very important to AC.
AC is committed to collecting, maintaining, and securing personal information about you in compliance with State
and Federal law. This policy applies to personal information collected by AC via its website (“ACWS”), email, chat,
or other online tools. This policy does not apply to any website links operated by third parties with whom AC has no
affiliation or control.
What is “personal information”?
Personal information is information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated
with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household. Personal
information does not include content a customer or other person uploads to any AC blog or forum for viewing by the
public, such as customer testimonials or online discussions. Personal information does not include publicly available
information or aggregate consumer information from which individual identities have been removed.
How does AC collect personal information online?
AC collects personal information through its online services including its contact forms on ACWS, through forms
that appear when a customer clicks on an AC advertising banner on a third-party website, by chat, and by email.
Currently, there are three primary types of information that AC collects through online services:
1. Information from you: AC collects personal information and other data that you voluntarily enter
in to forms or data fields on online services. This includes identity and contact information such as your
name, address, email address, telephone number, and other related information that AC deems appropriate
to further the purposes of its online services.
We may also collect, use, and share aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose.
Aggregated data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal information as this data
will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your usage data to calculate the
percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. If we combine or connect aggregated data with your
personal data so it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data used under this
privacy policy.
We collect no special categories of personal data about you. This includes your race or ethnicity, religious beliefs,
sexual orientation, or information about your health. We collect no information about criminal convictions and
offenses.
2. Information from others: AC may collect personal information from public or third-party
information sources. For example, if users use a credit card on our website, AC or its agent verifies the
validity of the credit card information with financial or credit organizations. Sometimes, we may augment
our existing user databases with information from third parties. Some of this information may be personal
information, such as change of postal address information.
3. Information collected from your computer or electronic device: We may collect information
about your computer or other electronic device when you use our online services. This information may
include your IP address, domain name, browser type, and date and time of your request. If you use a mobile
device to access our online services, we also may collect information about your device, such as your
device ID and device type, and usage information about your device and your use of our online services.
